This multi-purpose facility has a gallery, library, visual image center and provides information for those who are visually impaired or those who have difficulties with hearing. With no interrior walls, it is very spacious and can accommodate a variety of functions.

Highlights

With its glazed façade, it is the most striking building on Jozenji-dori Avenue. It functions as the base of art and visual culture while serving as a public facility that supports various media related activities.
