This is a multi-purpose high rise building comprising of shops, a parking lot, and an information industry plaza on the lower floors, offices on the upper floors, and the viewing terrace and restaurant on the top.
Sumitomo-Seimei Sendai-chuo (SS30) Building
SS30 stands at a height of 174m and rises 30 stories above Sendai. It is a landmark of Sendai and Sendai International Hotel and Central Sports Gym are located in the building. On the top floor is a free viewing platform "Ikoinoba Shimin Plaza" and the assembled restaurants "Sky Symphony" are on the 28th, 29th and 30th floors and are where gourmets can go for panoramic views.
Miyagi-kencho (Building) Observation Hall
From the exhibition hall on the 18th floor, you can see a view of buildings in downtown Sendai.
