Reuse local scallop shells and oyster shells and create your own original design accessory tray.

After cleaning, the shells are thermally disinfected and soaked in chemicals for cleaning before use.
Paste on your favorite design using the decoupage technique.

Easily make your own accessory tray.
You can also use it as a small sign to put on a table or a decoration to remember your trip to Matsushima.

Miyagi Matsushima Rikyu

Matsushima Rikyu is a restoration of Japan's only wooden ten-sided triple tower originally constructed in 1913. This architectural masterpiece was created by international Czech designer Jan Letzel. The building offers a 360-degree view of the evening autumn leaves light-up and palace garden illumination. One of the concepts of Matsushima Rikyu in Miyagi Prefecture is being a place for “experiences and learning”. Together with the cooperation of the Miyagi Traditional Kokeshi Association, we are happy to offer guests an opportunity to learn the tradition of kokeshi dolls in Miyagi and experience kokeshi painting. We are also holding various workshops on a daily basis.
