Sendai City Tomizawa Site Museum
This is a theme museum centered on the Paleolithic Age. Paleolithic remains from 20,000 years ago were excavated from the Tomizawa site at this location. The ruins are preserved and open for public viewing. Also, there are exhibitions about the environment and human activities of the period based on discovered materials.
