You can experience the traditional Japanese culture of calligraphy. Write your favorite characters and create your own original calligraphy work.

Write your favorite kanji or your name in kanji or kana on colored paper, a fan, a folding fan, etc. with a brush. Create a piece of work that will be a memento of your trip or a souvenir. You can hear stories about calligraphy, receive advice on how to write calligraphy, and even practice.

At French culture salon La belle vie, you can experience making handmade crafts such as solar glass, herbarium, moss ball, fabric fans, miniature tea boxes, etc. Our salon offers hands-on craft experiences that display Japanese style.
