■Origin of the brand “Konohana Sakuyahime”
The goddess that appears in Japanese mythology with unmatched beauty who blooms gorgeously like the "cherry blossom", the symbol flower of Japan. She fell in love at first sight with the grandchild of the sun goddess Amaterasu and became his wife. She is the most beautiful and honored goddess in Japanese mythology. It is said that the cherry blossoms are so beautiful because they were inspired by Princess Konohana Sakuya.

A dress designer of "beauty and passion" that coordinates to the heart. After working as a fashion model, reporter, and vocational school instructor, Rika fulfills her duties as a beauty coach for marriage consulting agencies, and carries out lectures requested by local governments and companies.

In 2005, Rika launched her own company Splendide Blanche. She has created over 800 dresses and has produced a variety of original weddings.

In 2022, Rika became a certified instructor of Kamiyamai Kimono Style who revives the art of wearing Japanese antique kimonos.

In November 2023, Rika used her experience as a dress designer to launch "Konohana Sakuya", a 3-way original kimono brand which allows easy wearing while preserving Japan's traditional clothing. Recently Rika has started activities to promote kimono culture to young people and international tourists.
