Make wieners using Miyagi prefecture pork! Use your hands to knead the meat then stuff it into natural sheep intestine. Boil your wieners to eat at the venue or take them home as a souvenir!

【Flow of Experience】
1. Add spices and water to the ground meat. Knead the meat well.
2. Fill the intestines with meat using a special tool.
3. Divide wieners into desired length and boil for 20 minutes.
4. Cool the boiled wieners with ice water.

IZUNUMA NOUSAN Co., Ltd. is an agricultural corporation located at the Izunuma wetlands, a Ramsar Convention registered wetland area. We grow and process rice and blueberries, and raise and process pigs on our factory farm. Meat and processed products can be purchased at the restaurant or through our direct sales market. Additionally, our farm offers activities that can be enjoyed all year round, such as farming experiences, interacting with animals, visiting a local winery, and BBQ.

Cancellation Policy	The experience may be cancelled if there are not enough materials able to be procured, equipment malfunction/failure, or natural disaster. We will contact you if it is decided that the experience will be canceled due to such circumstances.
Important Notes for Participants	●Bring an apron and triangular handkerchief or bandana. ●Clean the end of your nails and fingertips. ●Those under 10 years old must be accompanied by a guardian as there are parts of the session which will require assistance. ●In the case of another reservation or event, the experience may be held at the City Agriculture Exchange Hall.

Meeting Time	Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time.
Access	--By Public Transportation--　 From JR Sendai Station, take the JR Tohoku-Honsen Line to Nitta Station (80 minutes), then walk 5 minutes. *Note that your train will briefly stop at Kogata Station before heading towards Ichinoseki. OR From JR Sendai Station, take the JR Tohoku Shinkansen to Kurikoma-Kogen Station (22 minutes), then take a 15-minute taxi ride. --By Car-- 1 hour and 10 minute drive from JR Sendai Station.
Parking	There is. Room for about 30 cars. Free, no reservation required.
