Experience the only leisure cruise through Matsushima Bay where you can see scenic islands connected with haiku poet Matsuo Basho and Sendai founder Date Masamune right before your eyes. This is the best way to experience Matsushima, famous as one of "Japan's Three Most Scenic Spots". We also offer activities to grill kamaboko fishcake, make matcha green tea, and more.

We recommend the “Masamune” course if coming by car, and the “Basho” course from Shiogama to Matsushima if traveling by JR train. Marine Gate Shiogama (recommended start of Basho course) is located close to Honshiogama Station. Trains traveling Sendai Station to Honshiogama Station run every 10-15 minutes.
