It is said that if you take a salt bath on the day of the new moon or the full moon, you will remove negative energy.

Use special "mishio" salt produced in Shiogama City.

Choose the colors and types of herbs for your bath bombs and bath salt.
The salts are made of edible citric acid and baking soda.

Miyagi Matsushima Rikyu

Matsushima Rikyu is a restoration of Japan's only wooden ten-sided triple tower originally constructed in 1913. This architectural masterpiece was created by international Czech designer Jan Letzel. The building offers a 360-degree view of the evening autumn leaves light-up and palace garden illumination. One of the concepts of Matsushima Rikyu in Miyagi Prefecture is being a place for “experiences and learning”. Together with the cooperation of the Miyagi Traditional Kokeshi Association, we are happy to offer guests an opportunity to learn the tradition of kokeshi dolls in Miyagi and experience kokeshi painting. We are also holding various workshops on a daily basis.
